Scott, Spencer and I went to Washington DC in April to visit Courtney. We had an incredible time. We visited Mount Vernon, Gettysburg, the National Cathedral, the Holocaust Museum, Ford Theatre, all the Smithsonian Museums including the Air and Space one at Dulles AFB, the Spy Museum, all of the memorials, Bureau of Engraving and Printing and a lot more. Courtney arranged tours of the White House West Wing and the Supreme Court with her friends. We had very long, and very fun-filled days. It was so great to spend the time with Spence before he left and we always love to see Courtney.

Washington is our old "stomping ground" :) I miss it once in a while but not during the muggy summers!!
Keep blogging ...we have to hold up our reputation for trying new things..I have 2 going one personal and one for my classroom..check them out!!
